What is your favorite aspect of being a leader?
Helping others understand what leadership is and what it takes to be a leader.
What advice do you have for women aspiring to be leaders in their field?
Do the hard work of finding out who you are, what your values are, and what destiny you are designing for yourself.
Can you name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you as a leader? Maybe someone who has been a mentor to you? Why and how did this person impact your life?

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing female leaders today?
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Understanding and finessing the art of leadership
- Knowing who you are
- Equalized ego
- From my book Leadership: Wisdom in a Nutshell, “It can be hard to find a good balance between hard work, humility, and reward. An equalized ego will get others to believe in you and see you as the leader you can be. When the ego gets out of sync, you can be seen as completely self-absorbed and self-serving, or at the other extreme, you can be seen as a doormat. Neither of the extreme is helpful and won’t be tolerated by those on the move upward.”

I would like to see more emphasis on foundational elements of leadership and the traits that complement them.
